Professional Projects

As Product Owner · enterprise

Work whose scope I defined and prioritised as a Product Owner & Expert Analyst, bridging teams and vendors to get it delivered.

Digital Transformation

Digitalising Public Tenders

I moved a public tender process that ran on paper and email onto a system, end to end.

  • The approval flow, deadline tracking and audit trail now build themselves; "who approved what and when" is no longer something you go looking for.
  • The hardest part was not the code but the scope: separating which steps were real decision points and which were only habit.

Vendor Management Application

I brought supplier processes that each unit ran separately in its own spreadsheets into a single panel.

  • Request, assignment, approval and tracking move in one flow; the process now lives in the system rather than in an email chain.
  • The argument about where the correct information lives is over: the single source is the system itself.

Internal Platform

Bi'girişim Application

An internal venture and idea management platform — the whole flow, from collecting an idea to evaluating it.

  • Collecting ideas was the easy part; the real design problem was keeping the evaluation and feedback loop from clogging up.
  • The person who submitted an idea can now see which stage it is at without asking anyone.

CXO Award Application

Digitalising the executive award and recognition programme — nomination, evaluation and awarding in a single flow.

  • High visibility, low tolerance for error; keeping the scope narrow was not a preference here but a requirement.
  • The programme runs the same way every cycle — it depends on the flow, not on particular people.

Legal Task Management

I brought the legal team's workflow onto a system with assignment, tracking and deadline management.

  • It was designed so no task quietly runs out of time; it is not a reminder that pushes you, it is the flow itself.
  • Work that used to sit on personal to-do lists is now visible, together with its priority and its owner.

Automation · RPA

Process Automation

I automated repetitive manual work with UiPath, Python and GHOST.

  • The real gain here was consistency more than speed: the same task is done the same way every time, and it leaves a trace.
  • I decided which processes were suitable for automation; the ones whose rules kept changing I deliberately left out of scope.

Products I Built With AI

A team of one · AI-assisted development

Here both the scope decisions and the build are mine; I write the code alongside AI. Ten of them can be downloaded from the App Store; the most concrete example is Seher Yıldızı Turizm, running live with a real client.

Live Web PlatformLIVE

Seher Yıldızı Turizm

A full web platform I built for an Umrah agency, running live with a real client. I defined the scope and delivered it; it is in use today.

  • Package showcase, booking requests, blog and contact flow, end to end.
  • With the Filament admin panel, content and packages are in the agency's own hands — they do not have to come to me for every change.

  • Hocaya Sor is live; the same backend is ready for the other brands.
  • A multi-tenant architecture on a single backend.

Hereafter

A digital legacy left to the people you love: letters, audio, video — inside an encrypted vault.

  • A local vault encrypted with an SHA-256 derived key.
  • An emotional need; I wanted the technical side to stay as quiet as possible.

Dodge Arena

A small arena game I made to finish a game loop from start to end. Collision, difficulty curve and score loop were all tuned by hand.

Şükür

A notification app that reminds you of the things you pass by without noticing during the day. No server; everything stays on the device.

  • The texts were written to be short and to land — the aim is not to preach but to stop you for a moment.
  • No backend: notifications are scheduled entirely on the device and no data leaves it.

Çark

A spinning wheel for decisions and draws: either a decision among options, or a winner among participants.

  • The result is decided first and the animation is built to match it — otherwise the spin and the outcome would not agree.
  • In draw mode the winner can be removed from the list and the wheel spun again.

WalkUp

An alarm that genuinely makes you get up to switch it off: no snooze button, and it will not stop until you walk.

  • The real engineering was getting the sound to play in the background and on silent mode — the alarm could not leave an escape route.
  • The alarm only stops once the step counter confirms you have walked.

// All of them got built, most are in the store. A few existed only to silence the question "could this work?" — that counts as a result too.

Do you have a problem like the ones here?

Digitalising an enterprise process, simplifying a scope that has got tangled, or standing up a product from scratch — whichever it is, write to me and let's talk.
