Product Owner & Expert AnalystProduct OwnerTurkcell13 years
I take enterprise products from idea to delivery.
I have been a product owner at Turkcell since 2017: from public tenders to legal workflows, I define the scope of enterprise processes that still run by hand, and I follow delivery all the way through. That is my main job. Outside work I apply the same discipline on my own with AI — not as a replacement for it, but as something that feeds it. Ten of the apps that came out of that are on the App Store.

3D Tour
You can explore this portfolio by walking through it
The projects, the CV path and the social area are laid out on a walkable island. I built it from scratch with Three.js.

I own it end to end
My job does not stop at writing the spec: I also decide the scope, the data model and which features are genuinely needed. Saying "no online payments, one admin account is enough" on Aktif Life was part of that ownership — building a tool that is actually used rather than one that does everything.
I chase the root cause
When something "behaves strangely", I do not stop there. I diagnosed the location bug in Rota Planlayıcı live in the simulator and followed it all the way to a library change; I solved the white screen in Sakin Nokta by digging down to the limits of the render engine.
I narrow scope deliberately
On every project I also define clearly what will not be built, and I keep that in writing. Leaving something out of scope is as much a decision as putting it in — and usually the harder one.

What I am looking for
Senior Product Owner and product management roles — especially where complex enterprise processes turn into products. I am always glad to talk about how AI-assisted development changes product decisions, too.
Products I Built With AI
Seher Yıldızı Turizm LIVE
A full web platform running live for an Umrah travel agency — package showcase, booking requests, blog and an admin panel. Delivered to a real client and running their business today.
Mihver LIVE
An iOS health and habit coach powered by a rule-based Turkish AI engine. All of its 30-plus modules are driven by plain sentences: "update yesterday's sleep record to 7 hours" is enough.
Hocaya Sor LIVE
Five separate expert-advice apps on one shared backend — Hocaya Sor is on the App Store; Ustaya Sor, Avukata Sor, Diyetisyene Sor and Emlakçıya Sor are ready on the same engine. Each has its own brand; tenant isolation sits at the centre of the architecture.
Hereafter LIVE
A digital legacy left to the people you love: letters, audio, video — in an encrypted vault, to be opened only when the time comes.
Rota Planlayıcı LIVE
A trip planner with real-time location checks: it spreads a multi-day route evenly instead of piling the days on top of each other.
Sakin Nokta LIVE
A discovery app that ranks places by how quiet they are rather than how popular — the opposite of what most maps do.
Ten of them are live on the App Store. For my enterprise work and the rest, see the projects page.
Outside Work
One frame, one sharp joke
The design of this site comes from there too. My favourites are on the hobbies page.
The long-running ones
Shows I have followed for years, dropped, and come back to.
Watched again and again
I do not rate them; these are simply the ones I keep going back to.
Let's talk
A Product Owner role, a process that needs to go digital, or the question "could we build this with AI" — all three go to the same address.
